Meet The Doctor

Dr. Tim Wilson earned his Doctorate (DC) from Logan University in Chesterfield, MO. This has given him a strong background in physical diagnosis and treatment, especially concerning the Nervous System, Cardiovascular System and Musculoskeletal System. Dr. Tim is also concerned with your physiological chemistry and the numerous systems that affect metabolism, detoxification, immune function, and waste management. Because really, a person is an inter-connected chain of systems, and a person is only as healthy as his/her weakest link. Dr. Tim is a truly holistic doctor, taking into consideration every aspect of your physiology and well-being.

Dr. Tim is also a Board Certified Acupuncturist. Dr. Tim feels very blessed to have learned acupuncture from the late Dr. Richard Yennie, and loves this lifelong study and practice that greatly helps the results of other therapies, whether allopathic or natural, especially synergizing with chiropractic adjustments. At Crossroads you will be seen and treated holistically, taking into consideration your structural, chemical, and mental well-being.

Dr. Tim is passionate about the mountains. In fact, this is the third time he has lived in Colorado. Dr. Tim spent many years in Grand County and a short stint in southern Colorado near Ridgeway, in between his 6 seasons running outdoor programs and the high ropes course for kids and adults with special needs at Camp Barnabas in the Ozarks of Missouri. Dr. Tim loves exploring the mountains, often camping, hiking, and biking. He has 2 boys, Winter & River. Winter is 5 and River is almost 2 years old.

Dr. Tim combines ancient and modern techniques of diagnosis with Eastern and Western philosophies of treatment.

His gentle, holistic approach to health and healing will balance both your chemistry and your energy. With inflammation as our enemy and balance as our guide, Dr. Tim will listen to your goals and help create the healthiest, all-natural lifestyle you can dream of. He uses safe, research-driven methods of diagnosis and treatment and loves serving people of ALL ages, 0-100. So, whoever you are, at whatever stage of health, come take the next step to optimal health! Call (303) 674-9800 now!

Meet The Massage Therapist

Carrie Coy

Since 2002, Carrie has enjoyed helping people get pain relief, prevent injury, build mind-body awareness and support people's overall well-being in her practice. Using massage and energy work techniques, you and Carrie as a team can unlock the body’s wisdom and voice for enhanced integration and wholeness. Whether the work she does is physical with massage or energetical, it all adds to your journey of growth and coherency. The sessions are truly for you and your nourishment.

Carrie has training in a variety of modalities to customize your session. They include Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Ortho-Bionomy. She is also certified in Prenatal and Perinatal Massage for our pregnant and new mothers out there! Her energy techniques include Acutonics (tuning forks), Reiki and a self-developed modality that releases what no longer serves and builds awareness and support.

In her 16 years of doing bodywork, she has found that tissue and energies do not release in a lasting way without patience and a long-term strategy. Most of the guarding around pain and holding patterns in our bodies requires this kind of patience and trust. She provides this facilitated witness and expertise so your body can heal itself.

Carrie is also blessed with 2 children, practices many forms of self-care, enjoys hiking and being in nature.

She looks forward to seeing you soon!
